Current Draft of Pharmacy Compounding Bill S. 959 - Revision Documents, Senate FAQ, etc.

Revisions to the S. 959 Draft Pharmacy Compounding Bill were released on July 24, 2013. Although the newly revised draft includes changes that IACP was successful in influencing (click here to view the evolution of the draft bill with IACP's input), the draft as it currently stands is still unworkable, and would negatively impact patients' access and pharmacists' ability to provide pharmacy compounds.
