The state and federal oversight regulators both failed to do their jobs concerning NECC. I believe back in 2006 the first patient died of the same or similar inject able contamination. At that time corrections and significant oversight was to commence and be maintained, Those corrections didn't stick I believe because the cost to NECC was much higher and no one at the state and federal level were vigilant in performing their jobs. I call that negligence, and believe that this negligence occurred because the state and federal oversight officials can not be sued for not doing their jobs.
